Holiday pets are buyable during the holidays. Each pet is hatched during different holidays. And each has a different egg.
eg- When its christmas there will be a counter where you can buy a egg for the holiday pet.

this happened to me too but what you do is you refresh the page, go back, to your barn then it should be unlocked.
You have to complete the families before it to unlock that egg

um hi but i bought an magic code for charmi and the cat thing says to click on the magic code basket but nothing happens after i clikc and when i try to click the control panel the cat says that i have the non member pets and i need to buy a magic code and i did but i cant activate it please help me
You have to wait for the magic code page to load, showing you your codes

I tried to get Gilbert ,but they did not give me when I logged in after 7 minutes.
You have to wait like… 5 hours, Not 7 minutes (P.S. If you play games,level up or just be logged onto fantage it will hatch faster)
